As a new rep most of your 300-500 leads will be heavily picked over so it's a big needle in a haystack hunt. my best advice is dont afraid of deleting leads out of your pipeline. You start with a smaller group of maybe 6 reps so there's a decent amount of personal attention. When you start you're given 3 months of training in what they call "Greenhouzz". It's a beast with a ton of functionality but it's not very intuitive so you really need to know how to use it and most of the people training you will not know how to use it properly.
